Information KeysHere handles
KeysHere handles account and key-group membership, key names and locations, checkout history and security events needed to provide the private register. Key photographs and stamped codes are highly sensitive. The current shape preview analyses a photograph on the Android device and stores only a compact local shape reference.
Use, sharing and storage
Information is used to operate, secure and support KeysHere. Access is limited by key-group membership and role. We do not sell key-register information, use it for advertising or allow model providers to train on customer data by default.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export or deletion through support@epicencore.io. Identity verification may be required. Security and legal records are retained only for their documented purpose; backup copies are removed under the documented recovery schedule.
